This is Tsukimura Hikara-chan.
Her name is written as 月村 光 in kanji.
She’s eternally 18.
She has a pure personality, believes in people, she (always) gets what she wants regardless of items and also, she loves playing UFO machines at the arcades.
Her background is quite a sad one…
Initially, she was an abondoned young female kitten that resides and worships faithfully in front of the shrine of the moon god, Tsukuyomi. After an unfortunate tragedy of getting beaten to death by a group of cruel teenagers with sticks, Tsukuyomi took pity on her and blessed her with some of his powers. Hence, she reincarnated as immortal priestess that manages the shrine and protect the statue of Tsukuyomi.
Well, leaving the sad past behind. Hikari-chan just entered a highschool as a freshman and she works as a miko in the shrine in her free time and during school holidays. So you’ll see her around ^^
